The title "Kurokawa Yamato Daijyo Fujiwara Kanenaga" was conferred on Tanabe Gohei the I st by the Imperial Court for his distinguished service in preparation of Tanabeya infusing medicine. The signboard with Imperial Sanction was granted and permitted to use during the Genroku era, around 1700.
